Return and Refund Policy

Eurotech offers customers the right to return products and receive refunds under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

Products that are defective or incorrectly sent can be returned. Customers must report the issue and request a return within 7 business days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Products that are not in their original condition due to misuse or unsealed packaging cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

To return a product, customers should contact the support team to register their return request. The product must then be sent back to Eurotech in its original packaging and complete.

Refund

Once the product is received and verified, the payment amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are covered by Eurotech if the product is proven to be defective.

Exceptions

Custom and personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly sent.
